1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged during shipping
- The item is defective
- The item received is incorrect or not as described
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Minor color variations due to screen display
2. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
3. Damaged Items
Damage must be reported within 72 hours with photos of:
- Product damage
- Shipping box
- Packaging materials
- Shipping label

5. Return Shipping
We cover return shipping costs for approved returns.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
